Blinkers may work the oracle on top-weight Muree Queen; however a safer bet may be the more consistent LEPRECHAUN'S GOLD. Bernard Llewellyn's four-year-old comes here on the back of a fairly distant second at Fakenham. His run before at Exeter was possibly a better effort and whilst he is distinctly average (and still a maiden after 25 starts all told), today could be the day. Point-to-point winner Bethebestyoucanbe is yet to reproduce that sort of form on the racetrack proper, so a bigger danger could be Indigo Dancer who didn't run badly behind Indian Pipe Dream last time. The last-named is a stablemate of Muree Queen so shrewd connections should know where they stand here and any market support should be taken note of, however it is Leprechaun's Gold who gets the reluctant vote.
