In depth

Verdict

Another bumper turnout but this may not be as competitive as first appears. Home Run must have a chance of following his victory in a novices' handicap at Exeter, however, while it would be no surprise to see October's Wincanton winner Cruise In Style bounce back do better than when fifth here last time though we still prefer the winner of that race, KEY TO MILAN. Having shown little previously, Chris Down's six-year-old showed a willing attitude that day and could be getting the hang of things now. Todareistodo was only beaten a neck when sent off favourite at Folkestone last time but is 4lb higher here and may struggle to confirm that form with third Cuckoo Rock while Going Nowhere Fast ran poorly at Hereford last month.
