Here's Herbie was fourth in this last year and is a previous course and distance winner, though has become disappointing. A step up in trip was a legitimate excuses last time for Smart Boy, who warrants a second look, while Asylo and Bang On are recent winners with the latter still unexposed. MAJESTIC TOUCH pulled too hard when tried over a similar trip at Fontwell in October but he’s run well in both starts since under Sean Houlihan and this is a slight drop in class. Past form would give Percy Street a squeak but he’s a weak finisher and Don't Ask may need some help from the handicapper.
