Verdict

It was heavy underfoot when BUTTERWICK BROOK placed at Ascot last month and Colin Tizzard’s charge should find life easier in this company. Shang Tang looks the main danger on his earlier second at Chepstow and also faced a tougher task at Cheltenham last time. Folly Gate finished a lot closer without threatening over a shorter trip here last month and Hewn From Granite is slowly improving but Oscars Moonshine has shown little progress for Paul Nicholls’ yard.
