Verdict

None of these inspire much confidence but REPLACEMENT PLAN ran much better when runner-up at Exeter last time and should be in the mix with a similar effort. Carobello finally showed some improvement when second at Lingfield having slipped down the weights while Fine Resolve also placed on his latest start at Fontwell but was still beaten a distance. Somerset Lias has disappointed since making the frame at Exeter while Celtic Fella reverted to his more usual poor form last time having gone close at Worcester in August.
