Bogsnog hasn't won on Turf for over two years though he's won three times at Wolverhampton in that time. Spowarticus has also gained two of his three victories on that track - the other coming on Fibresand at Southwell - and he's yet to reach a place in five starts on Turf. Captain Scooby has won 10 of his 101 starts on Turf but almost all on ground with some give, which he's very unlikely to get here. The three-year-old EUXTON is probably the only one of these with any scope whatsoever and makes her handicap debut from a very lowly mark. She's run well enough in maidens to suggest she's up to winning at this level.
