Escape To Glory has won five times but never at this level so looks a few pounds too high. EARTH DRUMMER has been acquired from Jim Bolger and looks a very interesting recruit for David O'Meara as he's dropped 3lb in the ratings despite a fair run in a very strong handicap at the Curragh. He could well prove better class than these rivals so is given the nod to make a successful start for Middleham Park Racing. Fieldgunner Kirkup likes a bit of cut in the ground and it was soft going when Wilde Inspiration scored at Newcastle in May. Repetition stepped up to this grade on his hat-trick attempt at Newcastle but was found wanting, as was Mu'Ajiza in a Listed event at Pontefract, but Equity Risk has gradually dropped to what looks a fair mark and is expected to go well.
