    Verdict

A J Cook was winning for the first time since 2013 when successful at Carlisle last week and now carries a penalty. SECRET CITY makes more appeal as he’s won off higher marks over track and trip in the past and an apprentice takes a further 5lb off his back after placing at Catterick last time. Spoken Words went close at Musselburgh in between her more usual modest efforts but Dark Castle continues to slide down the weights without showing any signs of ending a long losing run.
