The high draw will prove to be of benefit in this handicap and we expect BERTIE VISTA to get the better of Jebel Tara and Resentful Angel. The selection returns from a five month absence but had placed on his last four starts. He is yet to taste victory, but and a change of fortune looks imminent here in modest company. Jebrel Tara has been encouraging since joining Alison Brown's string but hasn't placed since returning to action earlier this year. The gelding is still an eye catching prospect though and is plummeting down the weights so he shouldn't need to improve much to make the frame here. Resentful Angel was steadily improving last year and she makes a return today after four months off the track. Pat Eddery's filly will appreciate the return to a longer trip here and remains interesting. A market check is advised and good form among the rest is in short supply. Champain Sands and Society Music have all won over course and distance in the past but are returning from lengthy breaks and will need to improve on past form if they are to worry our selection Bertie Vista.
