In depth

Verdict

Mighty Stowaway has been in fine form between the flags and had Macs Legend three lengths behind when they were 1-2 at Kinsale in November. The latter had Ucello Conti four lengths behind when scoring at Ballindenisk but the vote goes to SOME MAN. Unbeaten in three point-to-points, he landed a maiden hunters' chase in impressive fashion at Clonmel last month and is still on the upgrade. Stand Up And Fight looked a very smart prospect when completing a double just over a year ago but disappointed when tackling top company at Cheltenham and Punchestown.
