Verdict

CROCODILE DUNDEE (NAP) had been narrowly beaten three times over fences before scoring on heavy going over timber at Listowel. He looks capable of achieving a higher ranking than this and can gain his first success over the bigger obstacles. Black Scorpion won a maiden hunter chase at Cork in April and ran quite well on his handicap debut at Listowel last month. He should show some progress but Beautiful Ben does better on quicker going. Dark Outsider has done his winning over further but he likes to be prominent and today's conditions should enable his stamina to come into play.
