CARRIE DES CHAMPS will be a warm order on her hurdling debut after three bumper victories and a placed effort in a Listed race. She has a penalty to carry but she should get off to a winning start. Palmones is also penalised for her victories on the Flat but they were achieved at a very lowly level. Strange Notions should reach the frame as she ran well over timber at Thurles and Fairyhouse and was only beaten a nose in a big field on the Flat at Navan last month.
