Verdict

SE MO LAOCH finished first past over hurdles at Sligo a year ago but was disqualified when an illegal substance was found in his blood. He's produced three very good runs in handicaps over fences this year and this looks his day for compensation. Seskin Flyer has also been in good form since encountering good going and will have found 2m on the short side at Tramore so has to be a threat along with winning point-to-pointer Smithscorner, who has been going well over timber but was always more likely to do better over fences. Loupgaru, a winner over hurdles at Clonmel in May, ran quite well on his chasing debut at Limerick and won't need much more to get into contention.
