In depth

Verdict

A tough race to call here for punters with very little between many of the leading lights but the principals look to be Munadil, Yassar and Jour de Mee and the tentative vote is given to Munadil. The selection was a fair second behind Julies Boy off this mark last time out and with this faster ground looking sure to suit he looks the value bet in an open affair. Yassar rates the main danger as he won well last time when beating Game On. However he has a penalty for that win and this looks more competitive and he looks opposable on that basis. Jour De Mee is another that could go well on his latest fourth behind Nice Try especially as the return to this shorter distance looks sure to suit. Twist N Turn was a fair third behind Word Gets Around last time and is another with place claims but he is hard to win with. Of the remainder Spider Boy has dropped to a handy mark and could go well at a price but in a race that throws up more questions than answers for the winner we return to Munadil who ran so well last time out.
