A step up in trip worked the oracle for SOLSTICE SON at Fontwell on Monday. Rachael Green's claim almost halves his penalty and the lightly-raced five-year-old can show this bunch a clean pair of heels. Newton Thistle bids to follow up last month's course and distance victory but has another 15lb to carry and Gonalston Cloud didn't reproduce an earlier run at Southwell when favourite last time. Warsaw Pact may struggle to follow up his Wincanton success over a longer trip but Burnthill has claims on his second at Doncaster and Earcomesthedream can never be ignored around here.
