Verdict

MY VIKING BAY is back in a seller for the first time since last May. It's a big advantage that she's already won around here on soft ground and John O'Shea's mare can go one better than when second in this race 12 months ago. King's Road finally got off the mark at Fakenham nine days ago but has been raised 9lb for his efforts while Aureate has two ways of running and seems better over further. Lodgician is still capable of going close in this grade, however, and Prince Pippin and Chilbury Hill could also play a part.
