Kiera Royale is very consistent at this sort of level and, though still a maiden, should be winning soon. Broughtons Star has failed to complete in three of his last four but was only just beaten in the other so has to be a threat if getting round. JEFFERSON DAVIS had only shown moderate form before winning with a bit in hand at Wexford and, though up 7lb, the dual Flat winner has every chance of completing a double. For Pedro produced a better effort on heavy going at Cork last time but may find conditions against him unless there is further rain. Balinaboola makes a quick reappearance after landing a minor handicap at Wexford on Friday. That was only his second start for Garret Power and with the going again in his favour he should get into the frame.
