Verdict

Mid Day Gun is a full brother to bumper and hurdles winner Hitherjaques Lady but he failed to land the odds on debut at Kilbeggan in June and will almost certainly do better over an extra half-mile. DELICE DU CHENET finished tailed off at Galway last year but was much better at Roscommon last month. He’s learning with experience and could be the value in this, though Hammerstein has placed here and at Killarney the last twice and possibly has more scope than Vic's Little Miss.
