Verdict

Mr Robinson races off the same mark as when successful 12 months ago but has shown nothing since. Dawnieriver was second but is 21lb higher, though had disappointing favourite She's Late back in third when scoring off a 6lb lower mark at Cartmel in August. BRAVE ENCOUNTER gained confidence over fences between the flags in the spring and duly got off the mark under Rules at Fontwell in August. He should take some pegging back over this shorter trip, despite a 7lb higher mark, as Is Love Alive has not progressed from a third at Bangor in May.
