Verdict

This Mares' Handicap Hurdle looks to lie between Hoar Frost and MONKHAIR and with the latter fully tuned after a handful of runs this season we side with Tony Carroll's runner while Location could feature. Still yet to score the selection has looked an improved animal since joining his current stable and after a few improved runs in recent start he has every chance of getting off the mark on ground that suits. Hoar Frost has had a short break and returns here making a debut for this yard. The booking of Tony McCoy certainly looks significant and any market support in his favour would prick out interest further. Location showed an aptitude for jumping on debut and after a few runs on the flat should be fit for a decent attempt now returning to this code. Timoca has the talent but not the attitude so is probably best left alone so in a open contest Monkhair just looks the one.
