Verdict

GREAT LINK ran out an easy winner of a similar contest over a shorter trip at Worcester on Saturday. He jumped well, considering it was his first try over fences, and there may be more in the locker. He has a penalty to carry here but so does Sail And Return, who was all out to score at Southwell nine days ago and is more exposed. Sedgemoor Express makes his fencing bow but won over hurdles here last summer and looks the type to take to the larger obstacles. One For The Boss won on soft ground at Ffos Las last month but was hammered by the handicapper and well beaten on a return visit to that track. Stitched In Time showed promise at Kelso but may need more time.
