Verdict

Board Of Trade has a jumping pedigree and beat a subsequent hurdles winner on his racecourse debut at Exeter in December. He duly landed the odds in a Haydock bumper in March with the minimum of fuss and should be one to follow over timber this winter. But A LITTLE MAGIC sets a decent standard having run subsequent Grade 2 winner Roadie Joe to a length-and-a-quarter dropped to 2m at Warwick last month - Jonjo O'Neill's charge just gets the nod. Aliandy has hinted at ability but, like Preseli Star and Mr Kit Cat, will probably be playing for places.
