In depth

Verdict

Mercian Prince is a noteworthy French import for Amy Murphy who had her first winner as a trainer just a matter of days ago but the market may prove the best guide to his chance. Elenika is back to the mark off which he was last successful and the Venetia Williams yard is moving into gear in some style but SWORD OF THE LORD battled on well to score at Perth last time. This looks tougher but he did show a good attitude and should give us a good run for our money in a trappy contest. Global Dream and Capilla both appear after fair absences but both have conditions to suit and cannot be discounted if they're ready to roll first time back and Wolf Sword should be winning soon.
