Verdict

One Day Like This was placed in a point-to-point in January so should have no problems with this trip. Tir Dubh, third in a Newton Abbot bumper last month, is a possibility but Bobble Emerald was last of three over 2m here last time and is in danger of becoming disappointing, as is Rock Of Ages. MALDIVIAN REEF clearly needed his run at Bangor in March but stayed on nicely through beaten horses once getting his second wind. He has the potential to be better than these so gets the vote.
