Verdict

Support for No Routine on his handicap debut would be interesting but he hasn't shown a great deal so far. Proud Times, on the other hand, is on a hat-trick after victories at Plumpton and Lingfield, though carries a penalty for his latest success. Hold The Bucks ran his best race so far when second at Plumpton while Prince Freddie only found one too good over this course and distance 12 days ago. LEAN BURN was fourth in that latter race, six lengths behind Prince Freddie, and is only 4lb better off. But Barry Leavy's charge looks to be coming back into form and, returned to a winning mark, is the tentative selection today.
