Verdict

Dress To Impress, Follow The Flag and Impromptu are three against the field in this trappy maiden and the narrow vote is given to Dress To Impress. The selection was a fair second behind Winning Spirit last time out, that form has since been franked and under similar conditions here he will be hard to beat. Follow The Flag rates the main danger on his latest third behind Divine Right but he has already given the impression he would be suited by a longer trip and is opposable on that basis. Impromptu is another that could go well as he was a fair second behind Scented Present last time out, he is sure to improve and should be closely watched in the market but in a tricky opener we are happy to return to Dress To Impress.
