    Verdict

Henry Cecil can boast an impressive strike rate at this track and holds a strong hand in this contest. BAISSE has ran well on both starts over a mile and the daughter of High Chaparral looks sure to improve for this longer trip. The presence of Tom Queally suggests she's the yard's first choice ahead of Light Bow despite the latter being a half-sister to Cecil's Oaks heroine Light Shift. Mia Madonna and Alfouzy both step up in trip for their seasonal debuts and the newcomer Rose Of Sarratt, a 65,000gns daughter of Sadler's Wells, makes more appeal than Dancing Primo.
