      Verdict

Gimasha is a progressive sort and can defy topweight here, with Katheer, Cree and Moonmaiden all having shown enough to warrant a mention. The four principals could make this into a close-knit contest, but we were most impressed by Gimasha at Beverley a fortnight ago. The Willie Jarvis-trained filly absolutely bolted up, beating Hewaraat to the tune of seven lengths, and she was backed to do so. With more improvement to come, the daughter of Cadeaux Genereux can make light of topweight. Ketheer just managed to hold on to score at Ripon last time, but Willie Jarvis had one back in third then and so will have a line to the form. Cree has been very consistent but found Moonmaiden too good at Bath last time and those placings should be upheld. Gimasha was the most impressive of the quartet discussed, and she can pay to support.
