In depth

Verdict

Skeleton Bob didn’t enjoy much luck in-running when second at Lingfield and looks the pick of those with experience ahead of penalised Uttoxeter winner Benechenko, Doncaster fifth Marten and Huntingdon runner-up Little Chunk. But a few nicely-bred newcomers will attract interest here including Dan Skelton’s Flat-bred pair Global Ruler and Just For William. ICE COOL CHAMPS has a more conventional NH pedigree and can make a winning debut for Philip Hobbs with The Sweeney also worth a market check.
