In depth

Verdict

Richard Johnson was booked for NOBLE ROBIN at the early stage so confidence must be high about the Ffos Las winner, who looked a real mudlark and defied a last-flight error for an easy victory. He can get the better of Silva Eclipse, an impressive hurdling debut winner at Hexham before just failing to concede the winner 7lb at Newcastle. Truckers Lodge dead-heated for a point-to-point just over a year ago then landed a Chepstow bumper in impressive fashion though both were on good ground. Quest For Life has been running as though this longer trip was certain to suit but Leskinfere may need even further.
