In depth

Verdict

Celtic Legend, Knockdoo and Book's Way are three against the field in another open affair and the narrow vote is given to Celtic Legend. The selection is well ion over hurdles compared to his chase form has conditions to suit and in a poor race he is taken to score. Book's Way has one of the most experienced jockeys booked for this type of affair and should be noted on that basis alone but his latest fourth behind Nifty Roy leaves him with a little to find. Knockdoo is another worthy of respect on his latest second behind Clearly Now he is sure to have come on for that run and will not be far away. Garnett beat Upright Ima last time out but the latter should gain her revenge on these revised terms. However the riding of a finish looked beyond their jockeys last time and at likely odds they look worth opposing and for the winner we return to Celtic Legend.
