Verdict

Supreme Keano and Borero are back to realistic looking marks but LA PANTERA ROSA gets a very tentative call in a competitive race. The selection was running well in second here before falling at the last behind one who was seeking three wins in a row. Additionally, he was well clear of the rest before blundering and having won on a variety of ground, he can go on to score this time. Le Platino will be a big threat having won on his reappearance at Haydock and having previously won over course and distance. He is raised 9lb for his most recent success and he could defy that penalty. Nulato makes a chasing debut for a respected yard that is back amongst the winners with Rey Nacarado also noted as a first timer over fences. A tricky betting prospect but La Pantera Rosa receives the marginal nomination.
