    Verdict

The market should be a good guide here but Tony Martin has sent over Tudor City in search of a first success over timber, though the yard is struggling for winners at present and he's a little exposed. Whisky Marmalade looked held when unseating at the last at Huntingdon and jumping is clearly an issue for the filly. GOLDSLINGER was up against two previous winners on his hurdling debut at Kempton but ran well until the second-last and was eased once his chance had gone. He won four times on the level up to 1m5f and should have more to offer. Pumaflor was a useful handicapper on the Flat at around a mile and could figure if he stays while Kisumu and Cosmic Statesman are other newcomers to catch the eye.
