Verdict

Miss Sassie won over the course and distance in June then ran a cracking race at Limerick though she's also engaged there tomorrow. Winning bumper and hurdler Polar Present was a disappointing favourite when last seen at Down Royal in May and makes her chasing bow. Icario is another first-timer over fences and he's had plenty of racing experience for a five-year-old but Henry De Bromhead looks to hold the key. ARCENFETE, a winner over hurdles and on the Flat in France, overcame jumping problems to make a successful chasing debut at Roscommon and that experience can see him home. Stable companion Classic Theatre completed a chasing double before a fine run on the Flat at Tramore and is an obvious threat with his rider's claim a bonus.
