In depth

Verdict

Sempre Presto, a dual winner on the Flat for Richard Fahey, ran her best race over hurdles at Cork last month and can make further progress. Paul Nolan and Jordan Gainford were in winning form at Downpatrick on Monday and Valentina Lady finished a close third over this trip at Punchestown though didn't get far in a tough Naas handicap next time. Decadio Lady makes her debut over hurdles but ESTHERS MARVEL was having her 17th start over timber when just failing to make all in a Punchestown handicap over slightly further where she was headed close home by a well-backed winner. She'll take some catching on this quicker surface though Leac An Scail Lady will have her supporters after being up with the pace throughout over 3m here earlier this month.
