Winning bumper SANIBEL ISLAND was only just touched of by Aspen Colorado on his hurdling debut and started odds-on at Gowran but fell when in touch and going easily. Compensation awaits here though Guitar George will improve for his run at Clonmel where a mistake at the second last didn't aid his cause. The selection's stable companion Swordfighter won on the Flat at Ballinrobe in July though that was on heavy ground while another newcomer Whats The Plot, who won over 1m3f here in May, hasn't been in the best of form on the level.
