Verdict

Another contest that probably won’t take much winning. Clondaw Bisto would certainly have claims if reproducing his best form but he’s still 5lb higher than when scoring at Fakenham on New Year’s Day. Hit The Highway recorded a first chase victory here in December at the age of 10 but has 7lb more to carry. PUTDECASHONTHEDASH was still travelling when falling at Sedgefield in January. Second here previously having only run six times under Rules, he can make amends with a clear round. Footloose also has time on his side and should improve on his fifth at Huntingdon with Mr Magill and Paddys Runner possibly best of the rest.
