There is a big field for this opener but it may pay to concentrate on these near the head of the handicap. Flow With Eve only found one too good over a similar trip at Taunton last month. Cheltenam De Vaige wasn’t beaten far at Towcester and the second in that race has won since. Having been prominent for most of the way, HOMERS ODYSSEY didn’t quite get home over 3m1f at Plumpton. This trip looks a much better match and the penny may be dropping with Chris Gordon’s charge.
