Verdict

What About Carlo went close off today’s mark at Epsom last month when ahead of Great Hall but today’s longer trip may prove problematical and he was engaged last night at Newmarket. King Bolete and Desert God are struggling for form but STOCKHILL DIVA and Jacob Cats are closely matched on latest running over course and distance when the former came out just the best. Brendan Powell’s mare is taken to confirm superiority raised only 2lb. Captain Peacock won a lower grade handicap here back in April but looks high enough in the weights now.
