Verdict

Much faster ground and a longer trip are concerns for last month’s course winner Essenaitch so we’ll take him on with the less-exposed MILKY WAY, who needed the run when behind David Evans’ charge at Goodwood in June and has since done much better in an amateurs’ race at Newbury. House Of Commons will have his stamina to prove but Lester Kris has been placed over further the last twice and has every chance of getting off the mark this afternoon.
