Verdict

David Barron is a rare visitor here but looks to have found a good opportunity for DIRCHILL, who has shown promise in both starts to date this season at Doncaster over this trip. Madame Bounty is the danger on paper having been placed in three of her four starts last year. She was only beaten a neck at Ripon last July but hasn’t raced since and is also having a first try over 6f. Tony Carroll is responsible for three of the seven runners but Astone Man and Make Sail are newcomers and Papa Delta has been off the track for exactly 12 months.
