Verdict

PEGASUS AGAIN got no sort of run on his reappearance at Kempton but still finished ahead of Red Somerset. Sure to strip fitter here, Robert Mills' C&D winner is very well treated back on turf and looks the one to beat in a race in which most of his rivals have a little to prove at present. Mingun Bell hasn't been disgraced in a couple of outings this year, however, and makes more appeal than the mare Al Aqabah, who looks to be in the handicapper's grip now. Salient wasn't beaten far in a visor at Lingfield last time and looks the pick of the remainder, though Prince Of Sorrento should improve on his comeback run and is less exposed than some.
