Verdict

Prince Of Denmark sets the standard and although he has the edge in experience, he has beaten nothing of note and may be worth taking on with one of the newcomers. Celadon, a half-brother to a Listed winner in Germany has the best of the draw, but his stable has yet to click into gear and is passed over. Lady Oriande a sister to the useful sprinter Striking Ambition, is from a stable that has a 25% strike rate with its juveniles this year. She is sure to know her job and is the selection, although she does have to overcome her wide draw. Mick Channon has his juveniles in good form having had eight winners from 26 runners and his Tolzey is sure to have plenty of support with Frankie Dettori doing the steering. A sister to a useful juvenile winner in Inner Temple, she looks certain to give a good account, but like the selection does have to over come her wide draw. Go Bananas is quite an early foal and should be well forward, but on the down side his stable have only had one juvenile winner from 11 runners so far this term. Master Peewee is out of a mare that won nine races over sprint trips, but he is a late foal, who will probably do better as the season goes on.
