Verdict

Duke Of Clarence got off the mark on the Polytrack but improved on that to score on Turf at Bath two weeks ago. He should make a bold bid to land the hat-trick but we just prefer INTHAR. The Godolphin colt was only beaten a head over this trip at Kempton last time and is dropped in grade here. Intent ran a shocker on her handicap debut at Ripon and has much to prove now while Falkland has proved difficult to place. Sheila's Buddy and Sir Fredlot may also be worth opposing in this company but Cooler Climes could do a little better now visored.
