In depth

Verdict

Richard Hannon's juveniles have been in tremendous heart and Baltic Breeze made a most promising debut in a useful Newmarket maiden which is working out well. Sure to improve with the experience the daughter of Labeeb has the pace to cope with the drop in trip and should prove hard to beat. The Fisio showed improvement to land a Carlisle maiden on soft ground and was then far from disgraced giving weight when third in a minor event at Bath. The form of Mac Night's win on heavy ground at San Siro is difficult to assess but he clearly has the ability to figure in this company.
