    Verdict

Jeremy Noseda has sent out two of the last three winners and Free One makes his belated seasonal debut having placed on a couple of occasions on the all-weather last year. But WHEAT SHEAF is clear of these on handicap ratings and will appreciate the return to a shorter trip having failed to see out 1m2f in soft ground at Nottingham. Courier went close in a handicap at Sandown but has plenty to find with the selection on these terms while the remainder are even harder to fancy.
