      Verdict

Spicy Dal's second to Pavlosk at Newbury last month has been franked but she could only manage third place on the Polytrack earlier this month. We'll take her on with the once-raced GOLD CHAIN, only fourth in that Newbury race but certain to be suited by the extra furlong and likely to be more the finished article today. Puligny should make a better three-year-old while Beep and Simply Elegant are the type to improve with experience. The four-year-old Rubbamaa has been placed in both starts and Roger Varian's debutante Wilhana is worth monitoring for market support.
