Verdict

Looking one-paced in the closing stages over 7f at Newbury, SEBS SENSEI takes a drop in trip today. This looks less competitive and the Hannon colt can open his account. Sleeping Venus looks the biggest threat of those with experience but she was still well beaten when fifth on her debut and one of the newcomers could get involved. Hiking, Dream Sika and Desert Flute are all related to winners but Jersey Cream is out of a prolific mare and can include the useful Smarty Socks among four winning relatives. She may prove best of the debutants with Ryan Moore on board.
