This looks an easy opportunity for Darko Karim to open his account. with Cool Panic and Persian Rock set to chase him home. David Loder's colt takes a big step down in grade having contested the Chesham at Royal Ascot. He was well beaten on that occasion, but his previous fourth is in a hot Newmarket maiden is still easily the best form on show here. There are many potential improvers here, including Cool Panic. Michael bell's juveniles tend to improve a great deal from their fist outing and Cool Panic, who finished a promising seventh behind Godolphin's Skywards back in May, should take a hand here. Jamie Osborne's colt, Persian Rock finished runner-up to Dario Gee Gee at Doncaster in March. It is a slight concern that he hasn't raced since, but Jamie is a very patient trainer and will know doubt have waited until his charge was spot on, he looks a big threat to the selection. However Darko Karim looks the class act here and gets the verdict.
