In depth

Verdict

Monte Cinq is fully exposed but has run his best races so far on this surface. Lady Molly has also had a few chances and, likewise, Mr Pocket but the latter's stablemate Kings Academy only made his debut at Chantilly three weeks ago and wasn't disgraced. Dan Troop is improving with experience while blinkers could bring about further improvement in Magique Touch but RAPID RANGER led for a long way when returning from a break at Kempton and, well drawn, can hang on this time.
